What types of RVs can I finance?

We offer financing options for: Class A, B, C Motorhomes, Class B and C Conversions, Super C’s, Motor homes, Overland/Adventure RVs (Earth Roamer, TouRig, Earth Cruiser), Bus Conversions (Prevost, MCI, Bluebird, Newall), 5th Wheels, Travel Trailers, Horse Trailers with living quarters, Horse Trailers without living quarters, Truck Campers and Pop-up trailers. We do not offer financing for: Full-timers, Park Models, Tiny Homes, or Rental Units.

What are the largest and smallest RV loan amounts available?

The minimum loan amount considered for financing is $10,000. The maximum loan amount is $2,000,000. Call our office for credit requests greater than $2,000,000. Click here to view our RV Purchase rates and our RV Refinance rates.

What is the oldest RV you can finance?

We can finance standard RVs up to 15 model years old, 20 model years old for Diesel pushers.

What are the shortest and longest terms available?

We offer a variety of terms ranging from 6 – 20 years depending on the loan amount. Terms may be shorter based on collateral type, model year and mileage.

Do you offer a zero down program?

Yes, we offer a zero down loan program for up to $70,000

How much of a down payment will I need?

Typically, 10% to 20% is standard depending on the size of the transaction. Additional down payment maybe needed based on collateral type, model year and mileage.

Do you provide financing for ordered units?

Yes, pre-approval and rate is subject to change at time of loan closing.

Do you offer stated income loans?

Yes, for loans less than $150,000. Subject to lender’s underwriting requirements.

Is a personal financial statement (PFS) required?

Yes, for loan requests $150,000 or greater, a PFS is required. Subject to lender’s underwriting requirements.
